Warden Yvon LeBlanc lives in Saint-Alphonse and represents District 8. He was first elected in 2016 and currently sits on twelve committees and boards; Planning Advisory Committee; Public Works Committee; Audit Committee, Personnel Committee, Doctor Recruitment, Villa Acadienne; EMO; Western Regional Enterprise Network (WREN); Conseil de développement économique de la Nouvelle-Écosse, Université Sainte-Anne Board of Directors, Weymouth Doctor Recruiting Committee, and the Société Édifice Sainte-Marie de la Pointe. Outside his duties as Warden, Yvon enjoys camping, boating and barbecuing with his family and friends.
